The modern day berserker laying beneath the face of everyday man I am what is suppressed But is ultimately freed I am the Id defined and scorned None go without feeling my touch I burn beneath the surface And react with complex schemes Or wanton destruction And I leave ruin, tears, and pain in my wake I am the incarnation of passion denied and rage! _____________ Alrighty... with that said! This was originally an excercise in shading using something other than grey. Yeah well photoshop kept getting punky with me and shading with a mouse is a pain. A REAL FRIGGIN PAIN! This then turned into a somewhat emotion piece. Aptly named as that's how I started feeling after a few moments of working on this thing. It's not supposed to look fantastic. But hopefully it projects the emotion I was aiming for. And that little poem I wrote on the fly. As for the deviation itself, I can tell it's really heartfelt. I appreciate the comment you wrote, because it makes us understand what you were feeling when you were making the piece, and all that shines through your drawing.
Technically speaking, I think it looks good, but would look even better if it had a greater contrast, so that the shapes are a little sharper.
So. When do you buy a tablet?
